Boot rooms, students are reminded to check the boot rooms and lost and found. Any unclaimed items will be donated.

Jr. High Social Math final this morning. Exam makeup day is Friday am.

Gr. 6 students are off to Millenium tomorrow.

Reminder re: report cards Elementary will be distributed to students on Friday, Junior High students pick up from school Monday, June 29 from 11-12am. If you child will not be here to pick up, please supply a self addressed stamped envelope.

There are still three instruments with name tags in the music room to be picked up. There is also an alto sax with a green ribbon on the handle still to be picked up.

One more reminder that the school does not return instruments, so the following band students are asked to come pick up their instrument from the music room right after these announcements, so you can take them home today:

Grade 6 students are writing their final PAT - Social Studies this morning. Please practice your good citizenship skills by being quiet in the hallways.

Band students that are not taking band next year are reminded that the school does not return your instrument to the music company. Please take your instrument home by this Friday for your parents to return.  If you are taking band next year, please take your instrument home for the summer.

If you have been renting a school instrument, please make sure you have left it in the band room by today.

Band students are also reminded to bring their band textbooks to class this week, as you will be returning them to Mrs. Baron. Please do not leave your textbooks on Mrs. Baron’s desk. Give them to her directly, so she can mark your name off.

Reminder to photography students that your favorite photograph is due on Friday.

Write on Stationary school supplies will be delivered to your class tomorrow. These are in boxes this year so if you need assistance let you parent know they can come and pick up.

The results are in for our Elementary Track Meet and the results are amazing!  The Boys’ 4 x 50 m, Team A placed 1st and Team B placed 6th.  For the Girls’4 x 100m, Team A placed 1st and Team B placed 4th.  For the Boys’ 4 x 100m, Team A placed 1st.  Team A for Girls and Boys Ball Throw also placed 1st. Team A for the mixed 8 x 50 m placed 2nd overall.  Team A for the Girls’ 4 x 50 m also placed 2nd overall.  Team A Boys’ Ball Throw placed 3rd. This means out of a possible 9 events, J.E. Lapointe received 5 firsts, 2 seconds, a third, a fourth and a sixth place finish.  Excellent results!  Please find Mme McCallion outside on the hill at the first recess to receive your ribbons. All participants, even if your team did not place in the top 6,  should also come see Mme McCallion.

Once again, Mr. Bohun is sorry to inform you that the 3D Bake Sale has been cancelled.

Students in Mr. Bohun’s 3D Design Class will be meeting in Mrs. Gervais room (room 122) for their Period 3 class due to Grade 6 PATs.

Would Mr. Slade’s Digital Citizenship class please remember to get their movie form signed for tomorrow.
