Congratulations to all the Jr. high band students that participated in the Red Deer Festival of Bands performance yesterday. They performed very well and received a high placing that will likely guarantee an invitation to Nationals next year. ...And a reminder to the Red Deer band students to stop by the music room at 12:05 to get some of the yummy leftovers from yesterday’s trip. One piece of pizza, veggies and fruit will be set up for you to take.

There is one month to our school’s year end band and choir concert, so music room practices will continue this week. The Choir meets today at 12:05. Jazz band meets on Wednesday at 7:30am. ...April practice sheets are now being accepted. If you are in band, please get yours to Mrs. Baron by the end of the month.
