As is an annual tradition at our school, the Grade 8 students will be seeing “A Christmas Carol” at the Citadel tomorrow.  Students, because we will be leaving mid-morning, please remember to bring a lunch to school which you will be able to eat before we board the bus.  No food or beverages will be allowed on the bus or into the theatre. Teachers, please review the Citadel expectations with your class at some point today.

Our Flex programming is unique within Black Gold Regional School Division.  As a result, a journalist from the Beaumont News will be touring our school and learning about our Flex programming this morning.

Permission forms have been emailed home to all the students that told Mrs. Baron they were interested in scuba diving. Please have your parents sign this form and make payment by Dec. 1st.

Congratulations to the Senior Girls’ Volleyball team who despite a disadvantage made it to the gold medal match and narrowly lost to Beau Comp. It was an excellent end to the season as the girls played their best games as a team. Way to go!

There is no ice today due to a tournament happening at the rink.  Boys PE will meet in the gym.

-Girls will begin on the ice next week.  Make sure to get your walking permission slip filled out on powerschool.  If not, you will get to learn all about the history of bowling as an alternate assignment.

If you do not have skates, you need a clean pair of indoor shoes or you will not be permitted on the ice.  Meet in Mr. Slade’s bootroom before heading to the arena.  If you did not get the walking permission slip filled out on powerschool, please bring a pencil to class.
