Did you know that Thursday is BIG CRUNCH DAY?? people across Canada are all going to eat apples at the same time.  Make your morning snack an apple!

SWAT students are asked to meet in room 122 today at 12:05 for a brief meeting with a representative from our parent council.

8F - ELA will be in period one and Health in Period 5.

All grade 6 Religion classes please meet Mrs. Tonita in rm 118 at 10:30 am sharp today to proceed to the liturgy.  Thank you teachers for allowing the students to leave period 3 a little early.

This is a reminder for all band students that February practice sheets are now due. Please get yours signed and handed in by March 26

Jr. High band members are also reminded to return their permission forms for the field trip to Red Deer. The due date is March 26th, but getting yours handed in sooner would be appreciated.

Today - choir at 12:05
Tomorrow - Jazz band at 7:30am
Thursday - Choir at 7:45am

Saturday is Pi Day, but since we are not here, we are celebrating on Friday.  How many digits of pi can you remember?  Each class will host a mini competition to determine the school champ.  Mrs. Tonita has remembered 27 decimal places,  Mme Stewart has remembered two.  Can you beat them?

Also, Friday’s Pie Throw is approaching! For $2 you can purchase a pie to throw at your favourite teacher! Only 10 pies are being sold per homeroom so get your’s today! All money raised goes to the Leduc Food Bank.

Would the premier boys basketball team please meet in room 109 at 12:25 for an important meeting.

All elementary students who are interested in the Klondike Relays please meet in the gym at lunch.
Elementary and Junior High Journal Games runners, there is a practice in the gym at lunch.

Today, Mr. Bohun’s Grade 8 3D Design class will be hosting a 3D Bake Sale over the lunch hour. You’ll be able to bring your hard earned money to the front lobby and purchase some products designed by your classmates. Who knows... maybe you’ll buy a product from the next Steve Jobs...

As announced yesterday, the Active living class is reminded to be changed for outdoor walking & running for today’s class. Please be sure to wear your outdoor shoes as well.
