The Christmas Elves competition is in full swing and Mr. Slade’s class has the early lead. Bring in non-perishable food, toys, or clothing and support those in need this Christmas!
Music practices for tomorrow = open band
A new month has started, so Mrs. Baron is now accepting November practice sheets from all band members. They are being accepted until Dec. 15th, so be sure to get yours signed and handed in by then.
All Band and choir students are reminded that the Christmas concert is coming up next week - Wed. Dec. 9th. The concert starts at 7pm, so students are to be at the school by 6:15pm. The doors will open for parents, family and friends at 6:30pm.
The Discover Scuba students who signed up to dive on the Dec. 16 FLEX block are reminded to come watch the instructional video today in the band room. Bring your lunch at the 12:14 bell, so the video can get started right away.
Band students that would like to play a solo, duet, trio or quartet are reminded to sign up for a FLEX
Leduc Music Festival session. It is being offered next week during period 3, 4 or 5. If you are not able to come during these FLEX blocks, please see Mrs. Baron during the Monday and Friday open band practice times.
