Orange Shirt Day tomorrow, Friday, September 28 - As we learn more about the effects that residential schools had on so many young people, we learn that we are all connected and the hurts of one community affect all of us.  In solidarity with our indigenous people, we encourage all staff and students to wear an orange shirt tomorrow.

Congratulations to our many cross country members who participated in the LDAA track meet yesterday.  What a fabulous showing!  Our results were outstanding, in true J.E.L. tradition. As well, we are extremely proud of the behaviour of all of these students ,as you represented our school in such a way that others look to our school and want to be like us.  Thank you also to M Morin and Mr. Mistol for coordinating this event.
