Gr. 7 students are reminded to have your permission form completed for next week’s La Canoe Volant field trip. We are missing about 75 permission forms.

Auditions for JE Lapointe’s Production of A Simpler Time will be held Wednesday and Thursday at lunch in the drama room. There will be a mandatory meeting today at lunch  in the Drama room for all interested.

After 2 ½ years of construction, we are all very excited to have our modernization completed, such that we have access to all areas of the school.  This also includes the playground equipment, so students are welcome to use this during our noon hour.  We will be having our swings set up outside also, once spring arrives.

We all must do our part to keep our beautiful school clean and in good shape.  Students, please do your part in a few simple ways.  Remove outdoor footwear and place on the boot racks, or at the very least, both stomp and wipe your footwear carefully on the mats before entering the school. Also, please pick up anything that falls on the hallway or classroom floors.  It does not show consideration to leave items and garbage lying in the hallways. Please keep your lockers locked at all times. Open locker doors can be a safety hazard in our busy hallways.  Thank you.


Student Gathering is 7D and 7E at noon
Students interested in drawing or colouring during the noon hour are welcome to come to the Art room at noon today.  You can work on a project you have begun or simply enjoy some time drawing or colouring.

There will be a special Flex session happening next week. Second Chance Animal Rescue will be bringing in some puppies or kittens for a “Snuggle”. During the Flex period 3 you will be able to cuddle with a furry friend. In order to participate we ask that you bring a donation for the rescue, donation can include pet toys, food, treats, supplies, or money (a minimum of $2). The first 30 students to bring a donation to Ms. Bouchard in Room 113 will be allowed to participate (those students will sign up for alternate support on FLEX sign up).
