November 21- Day 3

We acknowledge that our school is on treaty 6 territory, a traditional meeting grounds, gathering place, and travelling route to the Cree, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, Metis, Dene, and Nakota Sioux.  We acknowledge all the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries.
Me to We will be selling Rafikis in the foyer at lunch today and Friday. These unique bracelets & necklaces are perfect for gift exchanges. By purchasing a $10 Rafiki you will support women and children in Kenya by providing them with job opportunities, food, water and education.
French Band practice block 3, please meet in the band room.

Grade 8-9 girls basketball try-outs are today after school.  Please let Mme. Stewart know if you can not attend.

Grade 8-9 boys basketball try-outs are tomorrow after school.

Grade 7 girls basketball try-outs are tomorrow at lunch.

Grade 7 boys interested in playing basketball come to the gym at lunch. 


House cleaning Items of importance:
1.Please refrain from Throwing snow as students have gotten hurt
2. Hats, hoodies, toques are not allowed to be worn in school
3. Please NO Food in the gym or change rooms
